We decide what to make out of every minute given to us. We decide what we make out of every situation.

In the deciding process make sure that your decisions are not subjective, selfish, and filled with unnecessary baggage of emotions.

Make sure you do not create or add troubles that were not there in the first place.

Rather say to yourself.

This is the best time to be alive, this is the best minute, hour, and day of my life. I am alive. Because I am alive I will be grateful.

I will seek to do my best in all my duties. To be honest, stand for what is right and fight for a worthy cause.

I will make sure that a day never passed by without adding to my spiritual, mental, and emotional growth.

I will welcome each circumstance that happens - from it I will seek to learn, understand, and remain calm.

I will limit my passions for power and lust. I will direct my efforts as if it were the last day of my life.

I will do all of these and more because I have the power to choose.

I will always remember that my perception of conditions has the power to build me up or to paralyze me.
