It was Marcus Aurelius who said "Castaway opinion and you are saved".
Opinions are a sure way to get your life stirred up in trouble, but choose not to have opinions about events around you are your mind will reward your body for that.
No one can stop you from having opinions and more importantly no one can stop you from stopping.
